Lemon, Butter, and Herb Salmon

Salmon is always a winner and this recipe is nothing short of it. How amazing is it that you can have dinner done in 10 minutes and full of flavor?! I was running low on time last week and really wanted something fresh and healthy (and a reason to cook the salmon that was in my fridge).

What You'll Need:

Salmon

Chef Curl Ardee's Salt Free Lemon & Herb Seasoning (Low Sodium option works as well)

1 TBSP of Butter

Olive Oil (optional)

Steps:

Optional but recommended: Marinate for 3/4 hours but no longer than 24 hours in a sealed container in the fridge.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Marinate salmon filet(s) with a little olive oil and Chef Curl Ardee’s Salt Free Lemon & Herb Seasoning.

  3. After coating filet(s), add butter across filet so that butter will melt across fish while baking.

  4. Bake for 9-10 minutes once oven is fully heated.

Optional: Slice half a lemon into thin strips for garnish while salmon is halfway done.

Serve hot with fresh sides and enjoy!
